Version of Figure 4 Camel on the back. This variation is similar to bridge pose, but with the legs in figure 4. Add a strap around the bottom ankle and walk the hands as close to the foot as possible. Pull on the strap, press the outer ankle into the top of the thigh, and lift the chest.
